I’ve started working on a series, that may or may not be the pinnacle of my artistic career, which is at the same time really exciting, and yet tragic, because I will probably die before 21.

Who is your favorite artist?
Anonymous

It really depends on the time period. I love Van Eyck as a Flemish Renaissance man, and Sandro Botticelli for Italian Renaissance. Of course I admire the way Michelangelo could draw people. I really love El Greco. I love Gustav Klimt, Raphael, Titian, Pollock, Kandinsky, Irwin, Manet, Rousseau, Vermeer, Franz Marc, Van Gogh, Degas. I suppose it’s hard for me to dislike an artist, having an education in art, I’ve really learned to appreciate every artist for what they have contributed to the art world.
